Privacy policy
We record a small number of anonymous events to understand how the site is used. No cookies, no IP addresses, no advertising trackers.
What we record
When you use the site, your browser sends these events to our own server:
- Page view — the page address and page type.
- Search started — that you began changing the flight-search form (not what you typed).
- Search submitted — the airport codes of the route you searched (not your dates or travellers), and which form field had an error, if any.
- Partner link followed — which partner, which page and which link.
- Page performance — loading and responsiveness measurements (Core Web Vitals) of the page.
Each event also stores the time, the site language, a coarse device class (mobile or desktop) and the country reported by our hosting provider, Cloudflare, for the request. We don’t store your IP address, we don’t set cookies, and we don’t create an identifier that links your visits together. Events are kept in a Cloudflare D1 database and deleted after 400 days.
What we don’t do
- No advertising or social-media trackers, and no third-party analytics scripts.
- No accounts, newsletters or forms that collect your name, email or passport details.
- We don’t sell or share event data.
Hosting
The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare processes technical request information (such as IP addresses) to deliver pages and protect the site from abuse, under its own privacy policy.
Partner sites
When you follow a partner link, you leave our site. Aviasales, the airlines and agencies you find there, and AirHelp have their own privacy policies and may set their own cookies.
If you email us, we use your address and message only to reply, and delete them when they are no longer needed for that.
